Through a contract with the San Antonio Bar Association, assistance with basic legal issues is provided to seniors. Assistance includes:

Simple wills

Powers of attorney

Probate

Consultation

The Benefits Counselor program has certified staff and volunteers to provide assistance with the preparation of:

Advance Directives to Physician

Medical Power of Attorneys

Out of hospital Do Not Resuscitate

Designation of Guardianship Before Need Arises
